The Book Events is a project that responds to the Citizen Plan for Reading, Writing and Orality, and that, together with the city's Public Library System, encourages reading, promotes art, culture and generates spaces for meeting and coexistence. around the book. Three citizen meetings where the word is celebrated in all its forms and manifestations.
Each year, the Book Events are developed under the umbrella of a concept, a theme, that invites citizens to reflect on it. The Book Events are: Popular Book Days Fair, Youth Reading Parade and Book and Culture Festival.
